Abu Dhabi National Oil Company’s logistics arm, Adnoc Logistics and Services (Adnoc L&S), has acquired 11 new vessels for a combined value of approximately $1.3 billion.
The acquisition is designed to bolster the company’s capacity to handle growing volumes of oil and gas exports, reinforcing its role in the UAE’s energy supply chain.
Nine of the newly acquired vessels were purchased on the secondary market and are scheduled for delivery in the third quarter of 2026.
The remaining two vessels are part of the broader fleet expansion strategy, which aims to enhance operational flexibility and meet rising global demand for hydrocarbon transport.
This move follows Adnoc L&S’s recent upgrade to its full-year profit outlook, driven by strong performance across its shipping operations.
The company cited robust market conditions and increased utilization rates as key factors behind the improved financial guidance.
