The Bui Power Authority (BPA) recorded a net profit of US$66.2 million in the 2025 financial year, following improved energy generation and expansion of its renewable energy capacity. The Authority generated revenue of US$145.9 million during the year, with total energy output reaching 1,438GWh, exceeding its projected target of 1,350GWh by 6.5%. Chief Executive Officer of BPA, Ing. Kow Eduakwa Sam, announced the figures at the Authority's 2025 Annual Stakeholders Meeting held at BPA Heights in Accra.
