Dangote Refinery has maintained its status as the largest supplier of jet fuel to Europe, according to the latest import data compiled by commodities intelligence firm Kpler.
The Nigerian facility exported more than 400,000 tonnes of jet fuel to the continent, underscoring the scale of its operations and its growing influence in global aviation fuel markets.
S&P Global Ratings has previously noted that the facility acts as a buffer for Nigeria's economy, shielding it from global fuel price volatility.
The export volume highlights the refinery's capacity to meet international demand, leveraging its 700,000 barrels-per-day processing capability.
