Fusion Klassroom Edutech is finalising the allotment of shares for its initial public offering, marking the final procedural step before the company lists on the Bombay Stock Exchange’s SME platform.

The three-day subscription window for the offering closed on August 4, and investors are now awaiting the official allocation results, which are expected to be published today, August 5.

The allotment process is being managed by Maashitla Securities, the registrar for the issue.

Investors can verify their allotment status through the official websites of the BSE and the registrar.

The finalisation of the allotment confirms that the company has met the minimum subscription requirements necessary to proceed with the listing.

This development follows the closure of the anchor investor book, in which Fusion Klassroom secured ₹11.08 crore from institutional backers.
