Juniper Green Energy is set to list its shares on both the Bombay Stock Exchange and the National Stock Exchange of India on August 6, concluding an initial public offering that attracted significant investor interest.

The company’s IPO was subscribed 7.97 times on the final day of bidding, indicating robust demand for the renewable energy developer’s equity ahead of its market debut.

The strong subscription ratio comes after grey market trading had already signaled sustained appetite for the issue.

Throughout the subscription period, which opened on July 30, the grey market premium (GMP) remained steady at ₹17 per share.

This consistent premium suggests that investors are willing to pay a notable markup over the issue price, reflecting confidence in the company’s growth prospects within India’s expanding renewable energy sector.

The listing marks a key milestone for Juniper Green Energy as it transitions to a publicly traded entity.
