Supply-chain asset pooling firm Leap India has raised approximately ₹371.3 crore through a pre-IPO placement, securing commitments from high-profile institutional investors ahead of its public market debut.

The round includes participation from Gamnat Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of Singapore’s sovereign wealth fund GIC, as well as hedge fund Dymon Asia Multi-Strategy Investors.

The placement underscores robust institutional appetite for the company just days before its initial public offering opens to the public.

The capital raise comes as Leap India prepares to launch its IPO with a price band fixed between ₹151 and ₹159 per equity share.

The subscription window is scheduled to open on August 7, marking a critical test of retail and institutional demand in the current primary market environment.

The involvement of GIC and Dymon Asia provides a layer of credibility and stability to the offering, potentially anchoring interest from other long-term investors.
