E-commerce logistics firm Shiprocket Limited has fixed the price band for its initial public offering at ₹92 to ₹97 per share, with the issue scheduled to open on August 12 and close on August 14.

The company confirmed the pricing details in filings reviewed by media outlets, setting the stage for its debut on Indian stock exchanges.

The total issue size stands at ₹1,617 crore, a significant reduction from the previously planned ₹2,342 crore.

The offering comprises a fresh issue alongside an offer for sale (OFS) by existing shareholders.

This scaled-back approach reflects a recalibration of the offering size as the company moves toward listing.

Proceeds from the fresh issue component will be allocated to marketing initiatives, technology investments, debt repayment, potential acquisitions, and general corporate purposes.
