Shiprocket has significantly reduced the scale of its initial public offering, cutting the total offer size to ₹1,617 crore from the previously planned ₹2,342 crore.

The logistics technology platform, which facilitates e-commerce shipping for merchants across India, has set a price band of ₹92 to ₹97 per share for the issue.

At the upper end of the band, the company targets a valuation of approximately ₹7,057 crore.

The downsizing reflects a strategic shift in the capital raise structure.

Co-founders Gautam Kapoor, Saahil Goel, and Vishesh Khurana are selling shares worth ₹142 crore in the offering.

This insider exit component is part of the broader offer, which aims to raise capital while allowing early stakeholders to liquidate portions of their holdings ahead of the company's public debut.
