Juniper Green Energy has fixed the price band for its initial public offering at ₹214 to ₹225 per share, setting the stage for a ₹1,800 crore raise.

The renewable energy developer will open the issue for subscription on July 30, with the window closing on August 3.

The pricing comes as India's equity markets brace for a busy week of capital raising.

Juniper's debut is one of nine new issues scheduled to open for subscription, sharing the spotlight with the long-awaited listing of Manipal Health Enterprises.

The concentration of supply tests investor appetite in a market already digesting a heavy pipeline of new listings.

Ankush Malik, CEO and Director, Arvind Tiku, Chairperson, and Parag Agrawal, CFO and Director, led the launch of the IPO in Mumbai.
