Juniper Green Energy has opened its initial public offering for subscription, setting the price band at ₹214 to ₹225 per equity share.

The issue, which aims to raise ₹1,800 crore, is entirely a fresh issue of equity and will remain open until August 3.

The listing marks a significant capital raise for the renewable energy developer, which intends to deploy the proceeds toward expanding its project portfolio in India.

The pricing reflects the company's valuation ahead of its public debut, offering institutional and retail investors a direct entry point into the domestic green energy infrastructure sector.

The IPO follows a period of strong anchor backing, with the company securing ₹539 crore in anchor investments prior to the public opening.

This early institutional support provides a baseline of demand as the issue enters the broader market.
