Premier Energies reported a 53% year-on-year increase in consolidated net profit for the first quarter of fiscal 2027, reaching ₹471.9 crore.

The Mumbai-based solar equipment manufacturer also saw total income climb to ₹2,507.6 crore, up from ₹1,869.5 crore in the same period last year, driven by strong order inflows and execution in the solar segment.

The results highlight the continued momentum in India’s renewable energy infrastructure build-out.

Premier Energies, a key supplier of solar modules and balance-of-system components, has benefited from accelerated project commissioning and favorable policy tailwinds supporting domestic manufacturing.

The company’s expansion strategy appears to be paying off, with higher utilization rates contributing to margin improvement.

This performance comes as India’s Q1 FY27 earnings season gains traction, with major energy and banking firms releasing results.
