Shiprocket has fixed the price band for its initial public offering at ₹92 to ₹97 per share, setting the stage for its debut on Indian stock exchanges.
The logistics technology platform, which facilitates e-commerce shipping for small and medium-sized businesses, is backed by a consortium of prominent investors including Bertelsmann, Temasek, Tribe Capital, and Eternal.
The pricing decision comes as Indian capital markets see a resurgence in initial public offerings, with several other companies recently fixing their price bands.
Technocraft Ventures, for instance, set its IPO price band at ₹200 to ₹212 per share, while Aastha Spintex Limited fixed its range at ₹125 to ₹136 per share.
This cluster of listings suggests growing investor appetite for equity offerings in the current market environment.
Shiprocket’s IPO represents a significant milestone for the logistics tech sector, which has seen substantial growth driven by the expansion of e-commerce in India.
