Brazil's Central Bank has released the official calendar for its Monetary Policy Committee (Copom) meetings in 2027.

The schedule confirms the dates for the upcoming year's rate-setting sessions, providing market participants with a fixed timeline for future policy decisions.

The first meeting of the new year is set for January 26 and 27.

Subsequent sessions are scheduled for February 16 and 17, March 16 and 17, April 20 and 21, May 18 and 19, June 15 and 16, July 20 and 21, August 17 and 18, September 14 and 15, October 19 and 20, November 16 and 17, and December 14 and 15.

This administrative release follows the recent publication of minutes from the latest Copom meeting, which detailed the committee's decision to cut the benchmark Selic rate by 25 basis points.

The minutes highlighted the committee's assessment of inflation dynamics and growth prospects, reinforcing the gradual easing cycle currently underway.
