Felipe Silvestre Santos De Morais, a Brazilian software engineer residing in Wexford, was officially granted Irish citizenship on Monday.

The ceremony took place at the Gleneagle Arena in Killarney, where he received his certificate of naturalisation from the Irish Government, marking the resolution of a protracted administrative dispute.
