Australian billionaire Clive Palmer has opened his private collection of vintage automobiles to the public on the Gold Coast, valuing the assemblage at approximately $660 million.
The display features more than 1,000 rare and antique vehicles, including models from Bugatti, Rolls-Royce, Mercedes-Benz, Jaguar, and Fiat.
The move marks a significant public debut for Palmer’s personal assets, coinciding with his ongoing political activities through the Trumpet of Patriots party.
The unveiling underscores the continued strength of the luxury collectibles market, which has shown resilience despite broader economic uncertainties.
Recent activity in the sector, including the 2026 Mille Miglia rally in Italy, has drawn fresh interest from collectors and investors alike.
Palmer’s collection, now on display, represents one of the largest private holdings of its kind in the region.
