CSM Technologies has launched its initial public offering, opening subscriptions to the public with a price band set between ₹107 and ₹113 per share.
The ₹146 crore issue consists entirely of a fresh issue of up to 1.29 crore equity shares, marking the company's entry into the public markets.
The book runs until June 29, with the stock scheduled to list on both the Bombay Stock Exchange and the National Stock Exchange on July 2.
The offering provides retail investors with a minimum bid lot of 132 shares, setting the entry threshold at approximately ₹14,124 at the lower end of the price band.
As a pure fresh issue, the proceeds will be utilized by the company for general corporate purposes and working capital requirements, rather than for promoter sell-down or debt repayment.
This structure signals management's intent to raise new capital to fund growth initiatives in the competitive Indian IT services sector.
