Meal-kit brand Gousto is closing its production warehouse in Clay Lake, Lincolnshire, a move that places 290 jobs at risk.
The company confirmed the decision as part of a broader strategy to streamline operations amid intensifying competition in the food delivery sector.
All production activities will be consolidated at Gousto’s existing site in Warrington, Cheshire.
This facility will handle the preparation and dispatch of all meal boxes, eliminating the need for the dual-site model.
