Knack Packaging Limited has fixed the price band for its initial public offering at ₹161 to ₹170 per equity share, setting the stage for its debut on Indian stock exchanges.
The company announced the pricing range for shares with a face value of ₹10, establishing the valuation parameters ahead of the public subscription window.
The IPO subscription period is scheduled to open on July 1 and close on July 3.
Investors can participate through a minimum lot size of 88 shares.
The issue structure allocates portions to Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs), Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs), and retail investors, ensuring broad market access for the packaging firm's public listing.
Knack Packaging is expected to list on both the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange (NSE) on July 8.
