Union Berlin has named Mauro Lustrinelli, 50, as its new head coach, according to Bild.
Lustrinelli will assume his duties at the end of the month and is restructuring the coaching staff in Köpenick.
The incoming support team features club veterans Sebastian Bönig, 44, and Adrian Wittmann, 40.
The appointment signals a fresh tactical direction for the Bundesliga side ahead of the new season.
