A Ukrainian strike on the Krasnodarskaya compressor station, a critical node for the Blue Stream gas pipeline, has not halted gas transit to Europe, according to Russian lawmakers.

The assertion comes as Moscow seeks to reassure international partners that contractual energy deliveries continue despite escalating military activity near key infrastructure.

The claim that "all contractual obligations are being fulfilled" was made by a Russian lawmaker speaking to TASS, with the report noting that the attack did not cause major disruption to the pipeline's operations.

Blue Stream, which runs under the Black Sea to Turkey, remains a vital conduit for Russian gas exports to the European market, particularly as overland routes through Ukraine have been increasingly compromised.

Independent confirmation of the compressor station's operational status is currently unavailable.

The incident highlights the growing vulnerability of energy infrastructure in the conflict zone, raising concerns among traders about the long-term reliability of Russian gas supplies.
