Creand Crèdit Andorrà has entered into a distribution agreement with Spanish digital asset manager Crescenta to offer a private equity growth fund to its clients.
The partnership marks a strategic expansion of the Andorran bank’s investment product suite, introducing its first dedicated growth-focused private equity vehicle to the market.
The deal allows Creand to broaden its range of alternative investment options beyond traditional fixed-income and equity products.
By partnering with Crescenta, a specialist in digital fund management, the bank aims to provide clients with access to higher-growth potential assets typically reserved for institutional or high-net-worth investors.
This move aligns with broader trends in European wealth management, where banks are increasingly diversifying their offerings to capture yield in a low-rate environment.
Crescenta will manage the underlying fund, while Creand handles the distribution and client advisory services.
