Czech Republic natural gas storage facilities reached a fill level of 45.27% as of June 30, marking the start of the seasonal drawdown period.

The total volume held in storage stands at 17,364.7 GWh, according to data reported by Kurzy.cz.

While the fill rate has increased slightly with the onset of summer holidays, current levels remain 15 percentage points below those recorded at the same time last year.

This deficit highlights a continued structural gap in regional supply buffers compared to the previous heating season.

At current average annual consumption rates, the existing stockpiles are sufficient to cover approximately 69 days of demand.

This duration provides a baseline security metric for traders and policymakers monitoring the country's energy resilience through the summer months.
