Laser Power & Infra Ltd (LPIL) will open its initial public offering to investors on July 9, the company confirmed.

The Kolkata-based manufacturer of power cables and conductors has set the subscription window to begin on that date, marking the next step in its transition to a publicly traded entity.

The offering is valued at ₹742 crore and comprises both a fresh equity issue and an offer for sale by the company's promoters.

This structure allows existing shareholders to exit partially while the company raises new capital for operations and growth.

The listing comes as Indian equity markets see a cluster of new entrants.

Devson Catalyst Limited also confirmed it will open its IPO for subscription on July 9, closing on July 13.
