France's Naval Group has signed a memorandum of understanding with Lithuanian research institutions to establish the Shield Lab, a new maritime defense innovation laboratory in Lithuania.
The agreement brings together the Kaunas University of Technology, Klaipeda University, the Baltic Institute of Advanced Technology, and the Center for Physical Sciences and Technology as key partners in the initiative.
