Marape and other officials have previously asserted that no landowners will be excluded from payments, aiming to stabilize the social license required for the massive energy infrastructure.
The Papua LNG Development Forum, currently underway in Port Moresby, serves as the central platform for these discussions, with an official launch scheduled for Friday.
