Saints & Masters (S&M) has acquired Xencia Technologies, an AI solutions provider with deep expertise in Microsoft technologies, in a move designed to accelerate its cloud and artificial intelligence service offerings.
The Kochi-based global technology advisory and execution firm stated that the acquisition is central to its strategy of scaling AI-led services.
The transaction is part of a broader growth plan for S&M, which aims to reach ₹1,000 crore in revenue.
The company also announced plans to create 1,000 new jobs as a result of the acquisition and subsequent expansion.
Xencia’s specialization in Microsoft technologies aligns with S&M’s focus on cloud services, allowing the firm to deepen its technical capabilities in a high-demand segment of the IT services market.
The deal reflects a wider trend among Indian IT firms to acquire specialized AI and cloud capabilities rather than building them organically.
