Helena Svancar, a board member of Sivers Industries, has purchased 11,019 shares in the company at SEK 41.74 per share, totaling nearly SEK 0.5 million.
The transaction marks Svancar’s first acquisition of stock in the semiconductor designer since joining the board at the annual general meeting in June.
The purchase follows a pattern of insider buying at Sivers Industries, reinforcing internal confidence in the company’s trajectory.
Earlier this year, board member Todd Thomson acquired 12,500 shares for approximately SEK 0.5 million through his investment vehicle.
Additionally, CEO Vickram Vathulya purchased 24,000 shares for roughly SEK 900,000, according to filings with the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority.
These consecutive insider transactions provide a positive signal to investors, suggesting that key stakeholders view the current valuation as attractive.
