TEN Energy has expanded its shipbuilding program to include 20 vessels, adding a second LNG carrier to its orderbook.

The move underscores the company’s continued commitment to investing in liquefied natural gas transport infrastructure amid growing global demand for cleaner energy solutions.

The first vessel in the expanded program, the DP2 shuttle tanker Anfield DP, is scheduled for delivery in late July 2026.

The vessel will be deployed on a long-term charter, providing immediate revenue visibility upon commissioning.

This addition brings the total number of ships under construction to 20, reflecting a significant capital allocation strategy by the Athens-listed operator.

The expansion aligns with broader industry trends where major operators are increasing their exposure to LNG carriers as a transitional fuel source.
