As of December 31, 2011, the Company’s subsidiaries included Ak-Tops Tekstil Sanayi AS, Fitco BV, Aksa Egypt Acrylic Fiber Industry SAE and Akgirisim Kimya ve Ticaret AS. In August 2013, it fully acquired Ak-Tops Tekstil Sanayi AS.
