The Company is a distributor of Samsonite, Aerosoles Shoes. The Company also provides in-house design for businesses and offices. The Company's main export regions are the European Union, the United Kingdom and the United States. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had five subsidiaries, three of which are in London, one in Istanbul and one in Russia, and two affiliates in Istanbul.
