It has two subsidiaries, namely the wholly owned KARSAN USA LLC and the 83%-owned KIRPART OTOMOTIV PARCALARI SAN. VE TIC. A.S., as well as owns 25% shares of KARSAN OTOMOTIV SANAYI MAMULLERI PAZARLAMA A.S. The Company is a part of the Kiraca Group of Companies.
