The Company’s subsidiaries include National Gas Developments SPC (Oman), NGC Energy Saudi LLC (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia), Innovative Energy Holdings Mauritius Limited Investments (Mauritius), NGC Consolidated Holding SDN BHD, and NGC Energy SDN BHD (Malaysia).
