Croatian gas transporter Janaf and Hungarian energy group MOL have signed a new transit agreement, resolving a protracted dispute that had cast a shadow over regional energy flows.
The deal follows intense negotiations in which MOL repeatedly challenged Janaf’s pricing structure, labeling the tariffs excessive, and questioned the Croatian operator’s technical capacity to handle the volume.
