Axis Mutual Fund has introduced 'Rozana SIP', a new systematic investment plan that allows investors to start with as little as ₹10 per day across 10 of its schemes.
The product is designed to lower the barrier to entry for retail investors by enabling daily, low-ticket investments with built-in diversification options.
The launch reflects a broader industry trend toward democratizing access to mutual funds.
By reducing the minimum investment threshold and allowing daily contributions, Axis MF aims to attract a wider base of retail participants who may have previously been deterred by higher minimums or monthly-only investment structures.
This move comes as Axis Bank positions itself for significant expansion in its small business lending book, anticipating portfolio growth of approximately ₹10,000 crore under the newly launched ECLGS 5.0 scheme.
The bank's broader strategy appears to focus on deepening engagement with retail and small business customers across its financial services offerings.
