Crazy Snacks has opened its initial public offering on the BSE SME platform, setting a price band of ₹39 to ₹42 per share.

The issue, which began subscription on Thursday, June 25, comprises a fresh issue of 60 lakh shares and an offer for sale (OFS) of 15 lakh shares by existing promoters.

The company aims to raise approximately ₹25.20 crore through the fresh issuance, with the proceeds earmarked for working capital and general corporate purposes.

The listing comes at a time when investor sentiment toward Indian SME IPOs has shown signs of cooling.

Recent activity on the platform has been mixed, with some issuers facing lackluster subscription levels.

For instance, Sri Priyanka Geo Commex, another fast-moving consumer goods company, recently launched its NSE SME IPO but encountered a tepid response from investors in the early stages.
