All 7 were taken to local hospitals. The 2 who suffered serious injuries were flown by helicopter to Vienna for treatment, the Austrian ORF reported. It said the explosion happened in a trailer where the men were cooking food at a parking near the Horsching airport.
Local authorities said the cause of the blast was not determined. The trailer was full of wooden pallets which were set on fire. Airport firefighters managed to put out the blaze.
