United Finance PLC has approved a 10 percent cash dividend for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025.
The decision was ratified by shareholders at the company’s 37th annual general meeting, which was held virtually on June 28.
Najmul Hasan, chairman of United Finance, attended the meeting where the payout was finalized.
The dividend approval underscores the company’s commitment to returning capital to shareholders following the close of the 2025 fiscal year.
By opting for a fully cash-based distribution, United Finance provides immediate liquidity to its investor base, a move that typically resonates well with income-focused shareholders in the region’s financial sector.
The payout comes as other regional financial institutions also finalize their distribution policies for the same period.
