Vinit Mobile Ltd has opened its initial public offering to public subscription, setting the price band for its equity shares between ₹150 and ₹158 per share.
The company, a multi-brand mobile retailer, is operating 35 company-owned and company-operated (COCO) retail outlets across India.
The book-building issue is structured as a fresh issue of 21.60 lakh equity shares, aiming to raise ₹34.13 crore.
The lot size for the IPO is set at 800 shares, aligning with standard SME exchange requirements for retail participation.
