Absolute Projects (India) Ltd and Jindal Supreme (India) Ltd have received final approval from the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) to proceed with their initial public offerings.
The regulator’s clearance allows both companies to list their shares on the Bombay Stock Exchange and the National Stock Exchange, marking a significant step in their transition to public markets.
The approvals arrive as India’s IPO pipeline remains active, with investors closely monitoring new listings for opportunities in the industrial and metals sectors.
SEBI’s nod is the final regulatory hurdle before the companies can launch their book-building processes and set final issue prices.
This development follows a series of recent regulatory clearances in the Indian market.
Earlier this week, SEBI granted final approval for the IPOs of Manipal Health Enterprises and RentoMojo, which together aim to raise approximately ₹8,150 crore.
