While revenue grew modestly by 3% to ₹463 crore, operating profit fell 4% as total expenses rose 14%.

The divergence highlights the cost pressures facing Indian asset managers as they scale operations and compete for market share in a crowded retail investment landscape.

The profit growth was primarily supported by the expansion in the AUM base, which continues to benefit from the structural shift toward mutual fund investments in India.

The results align with a broader trend of resilience among India’s top asset managers.
