Alpine Texworld Ltd has set the price band for its initial public offering at ₹100 to ₹105 per equity share, with the issue opening for subscription on Tuesday, July 14.

The book-building process will remain open until July 16, marking the company's entry into the public markets on Dalal Street.

At the upper end of the price band, the company intends to raise ₹126.25 crore through a fresh issue of 1.20 crore shares.

The capital raise is structured entirely as a new issuance, with no existing shareholders selling stakes in this round.

The face value of each equity share is ₹10.

The proceeds from the IPO are earmarked for strategic capacity expansion.
