Aurionpro Solutions shares fell sharply on Tuesday, dropping 12.3% to close at ₹733.50, as investors reacted negatively to the company’s first-quarter fiscal 2027 results.

The sell-off was driven by a contraction in operating margins, which overshadowed modest revenue growth and new business wins reported for the June quarter.

Despite the earnings miss, Aurionpro secured a notable USD 33 million contract during the period, highlighting continued demand for its digital banking solutions.

The Mumbai-listed fintech company reported a 6.3% year-on-year increase in revenue to ₹358 crore.

However, earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) declined by 9.1%, indicating significant margin pressure.

The divergence between top-line growth and bottom-line performance suggests rising costs or pricing challenges within the company’s core lending and banking technology services.
