Azerbaijan and Kyrgyzstan have signed an alliance agreement, officially consolidating the allied nature of their bilateral relations.
The pact was finalized following a visit to Kyrgyzstan by Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, marking a significant step in the diplomatic relationship between the two countries.
The agreement encompasses a broad range of sectors, including a roadmap for a cooperation program spanning 2024 to 2029.
Additional memoranda were signed between statistical agencies, cybersecurity authorities, and financial regulators, including the central bank of Azerbaijan and the Kyrgyz financial regulator.
