Balkrishna Industries Ltd. reported a sharp acceleration in profitability for the first quarter of fiscal 2027, with net profit rising 56.4% year-on-year to ₹451 crore.

The tyre manufacturer’s revenue also expanded significantly, growing 25% to ₹3,455 crore, reflecting robust demand across its key markets.

In addition to the earnings beat, the company’s board declared a first interim dividend of ₹4 per share and a final dividend of 200% on the face value of the shares.

The strong financial performance triggered a positive market reaction, with shares rallying more than 10% on Thursday.

Investors responded favorably to the top-line growth and the margin expansion evident in the bottom-line results.
