The Bank of Russia has established its official exchange rates for July 15, 2026, marking a renewed depreciation of the domestic currency against major trading partners.
The US dollar was fixed at 77.4912 rubles, an increase of 86.99 kopecks from the previous day's rate.
The euro was set at 88.53 rubles, rising by 94.78 kopecks.
The Chinese yuan also weakened, with its official rate climbing by 8.5 kopecks to 11.3775 rubles.
These daily fixings reflect the central bank's assessment of overnight trading activity and are used for customs declarations and interbank settlements.
The move reverses a short-lived strengthening of the ruble observed earlier in the week.
