Belgium has become the fourth European country to implement an import ban on goods produced in Israeli settlements in the West Bank.
The Belgian federal government confirmed the decision, which was originally agreed upon in September 2025 but delayed due to internal political disagreements.
The policy now aligns Belgium with Spain, the Netherlands, and Ireland, which have already enacted similar restrictions.
