Bitget has introduced a cross-asset unified account (UTA) that permits the use of more than 370 eligible assets as margin, including 100 tokenized US stocks.
The platform, which brands itself as the world’s largest Universal Exchange, says the feature is the first of its kind in the industry.
The move deepens Bitget’s integration of traditional finance instruments with crypto-native trading mechanics.
By allowing users to pledge tokenized equities—referred to as rTokens—as collateral, the exchange aims to improve capital efficiency for traders who hold diversified portfolios across asset classes.
This development follows Bitget’s earlier launch of Stock+, a feature within its Stocks 2.0 ecosystem that enables the direct purchase of real US equities using stablecoins like USDC.
The platform has also recently added long call and long put options for US stocks, signaling a broader strategy to bridge the gap between crypto liquidity and traditional equity markets.
