Demetra Holdings has repurchased 4,960 of its own shares at a price of €1.53 per share, the company announced on Monday.

The transaction followed a board session held on July 17, 2026.

The share repurchases come shortly after the company declared a €20 million dividend for its shareholders during its annual general meeting in Nicosia on June 30.

This marks the second buyback tranche executed by the Cyprus-listed investment firm in less than a week.

On July 13, Demetra completed a similar purchase of 5,600 shares at €1.545 each, continuing its active capital return strategy.

The share repurchases come shortly after the company declared a €20 million dividend for its shareholders during its annual general meeting in Nicosia on June 30.

The combination of dividends and buybacks signals management's confidence in the firm's liquidity position and commitment to returning capital to investors.
