Demetra Holdings Plc has completed another tranche of its ongoing share repurchase programme, buying back 5,600 of its own shares on July 13.
The transactions were executed at a price of €1.545 per share, according to a disclosure filed with the Cyprus Stock Exchange.
The move marks the latest step in the company’s capital management strategy, which aims to return value to shareholders through periodic buybacks.
By reducing the number of shares in circulation, the programme is designed to support earnings per share and signal management’s confidence in the firm’s valuation.
Demetra Holdings, a diversified investment company listed in Cyprus, has maintained a steady pace of repurchases in recent months.
The consistency of the programme provides a floor for the stock price and offers liquidity to sellers in a market where trading volumes can be thin.
