Erste Group has announced a strategic target to double its earnings per share to more than €15 by 2030.
The Austrian banking group outlined the ambition on Tuesday, projecting an average annual growth rate of approximately 15% to achieve the milestone.
The guidance signals management’s confidence in the bank’s profitability trajectory and its ability to sustain double-digit earnings growth over the next four years.
By setting a concrete EPS target, Erste Group aims to provide investors with a clear benchmark for performance, aligning shareholder expectations with its long-term operational strategy.
This development follows a period of strong industry recognition for the lender.
Erste Group was recently named Bank of the Year for Central and Eastern Europe by Euromoney, marking the third consecutive year the Vienna-based institution has secured the accolade.
